Money flow

Money from cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence companies and associated individuals can reach candidates two ways: through the super PACs the site tracks, or directly.

Tracked companies and individuals put $387.1 million into the 2026 cycle. Of that, $215.8 million went to the super PACs the site tracks. The other $171.3 million left those sources but is harder to follow. Some of it goes straight to candidates as direct contributions; the rest goes to party committees or to other super PACs that may still be sitting on it.

Those super PACs took in $311.9 million in total, mostly from individuals and companies this site tracks in detail. So far they have spent $91.6 million directly supporting or opposing candidates, holding the rest for later in the cycle. Candidates also receive some share of the direct contributions above.
